Foundation is a Chamber-sponsored 501c3 non-profit organization developed
to fund community projects.

The PRIDE Foundation of the Nevada/Vernon County Chamber of Commerce is in the application process of seeking its 501c3 status as a non-profit organization designed to provide an opportunity for private and public charitable contributions to benefit community development projects. PRIDE is an acronym for People and Resources Integrated to Develop the Economy. The Chamber representatives for PRIDE are in the process of determining candidates for their first board appointments.
The PRIDE FOUNDATION name and bylaws are registered and recognized by the MO Secretary of State and its status as a federal tax exempt organization is pending. Please check back when more details are available.
